QUESTIONS

  • What is the process for enjoying a picnic?
    Terrain & Table currently has four packages to choose from. We can also work with you on any creative ideas you may have for your special picnic. On picnic day we will have everything set up on time at the location of your choice. Once the setup is perfect, we leave you to enjoy your picnic. The process couldn’t be more fun! You choose, we set up, and you have a picnic to remember.
  • Do you provide the food and beverage?
    Terrain & Table does not provide food and beverage. We do have charcuterie cones/cups to add to your package. We do provide sparkling water for all packages. Alcohol is not allowed in public parks and beaches.
  • What is the cancellation policy?
    We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to confirm the booking. The remaining balance and $ 100 security damage(refundable)must be paid no later than 7 days before the event. We do not offer refunds, but you will have the option to reschedule subject to availability.
  • How many guests can Terrain & Table accommodate?
    At this time, we can set up for 8 people. Over 8 please inquire.
  • What if the weather affects my picnic?
    In the event of poor weather, we can transition to an indoor location of your choice. Always a good idea to have a backup plan. We can also reschedule to another available time. If by chance we cannot reschedule within a two-month time frame you will be refunded minus the non-refundable deposit. A refund will not be given once the picnic start time has begun.
  • When should I book my picnic?
    We recommend at least two weeks in advance. The sooner the better! We may be able to accommodate a last-minute picnic, depending on availability and location. Worth a shot.
  • Do I need a permit for my picnic?
    Outside of Philadelphia it will all depend on the location. Terrain & Table will let you know how to obtain the permit. Failure to obtain permit will automatically result in a cancellation and no refund will be given. Philadelphia has beautiful parks to choose from and does require a permit.   • What if something gets damage?
    Accidents happen no use crying over small spills. Water or non-staining liquids will not be charged. However, if it is a stain that requires extra cleaning a fee may be imposed. If something is broken or missing a replacement fee will be required. We ask for a $100.00 security for damages this is refundable.
  • What about Covid-19 protocols?
    Terrain &Table takes this very seriously! We wear a mask and gloves to set up. We wash and sanitize everything. We can’t control the density of public spaces, but we try to have enough distance. But hey your outdoors and that’s always a good thing!
  • Where can I have my Picnic ?
    Sometimes you don't have to look further than your backyard but if you want to venture out and about there are quite a few places in Philadelphia and the surrounding area. We are willing to travel. travel fees will apply.   • Can we leave the picnic early?
    If you need to leave the picnic earlier than the agreed time, please give us 30 minutes and call or text. You are responsible for the picnic supplies until we get to pack them up.
  • What happens if you are late for the picnic?
    We will wait for a half-hour; however, your picnic will end at the agreed time.
